Facts on Pole Dancing & Altitude - Infographic Style!

As pole dancers, we regularly encounter certain stories about who we are and what pole dancing is like - some true, some false. Well we'd like to set the record straight and tell you what's FACT and what's FICTION. 🤔

As pole dancers, we are all used to hearing people say ‘I’d love to try pole dancing, but I’m not strong enough’, or ‘Would I have to wear heels?’, or ‘I don’t know if I could take all my clothes off’. Well, we are here to tell you that you are strong enough, you don’t have to wear heels, and we do in fact wear clothes (we are NOT a nudist colony!). But let’s knock these myths and questions out one by one!
