Discover you new favourite way to get fit & strong! At Altitude Pole & Fitness Onehunga, we celebrate the art of movement, strength, and self-expression! Our studio is a welcoming space for individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, providing a safe and supportive environment to explore the exciting world of pole dance and fitness. With 2 specially equipped pole rooms and a huge variety of classes to suit everyone, we love to share the art, sport & lifestyle that is pole.

About the studio

Our studio is a haven of positivity and encouragement. The atmosphere is designed to make everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their skill level. We take pride in maintaining a clean and well-equipped space with top-of-the-line poles & equipment to ensure your safety and comfort during classes.

Our studio features two main rooms - The Garden and The Gallery.

The Garden features 13 poles, equipped with fun lighting, an awesome sound system and large mirrors - perfect for fun class that will make you forget you're even doing a workout!

The Gallery features 12 poles and is also for stretch & flex and aerial classes. It's a calming space for you to stretch, relax and treat your body to some upside down fun!

A spinning pole is a setting on our poles that can make them spin in the direction of your movements from your body weight and momentum. This is different to our regular Levels classes that are on static poles that don't move.

    Training Times are designed for experienced pole dancers who are looking for more time on the pole and the opportunity to work on their own skills. These sessions are exclusively available to our add-on pack holders and Unlimited Class members, so you can maximize your pole practice and take your skills to the next level. These sessions don't have an instructor taking them, so you will need to be approved prior to attending.

Our community is known for its warm and inclusive nature, and we organize various social events and gatherings to foster connections outside of classes.

    Starting pole in 2009 with Altitude Pole, Sarah is a regular to the professional and competitive stage. Most recently she won the strength award in NZ Pole Legends 2017 and was the winner of the Trickstar category of Pole Stars 2017. Fitness, health, well being and pole are her obsessions and she just loves to share the knowledge she has in these fields.
