Back Flex

Flexibility, Beginner Friendly

All-levels, beginner-friendly class. An upper-body focused flexibility class aimed at developing strength and flexibility across the back and shoulders. This class will cover both stretching as well as tricks - bridges, balances, shoulder/chest/head stands, needle scales etc. Ideal cross-training to improve pole lines, gain deeper back bends and strengthen overhead movement. This is a 75 minute class.

A choreography class that blends spins, transitions and movement into a complete routine. Styles vary between instructors, giving you the chance to explore a variety of movement styles. Perfect for discovering new ways to express yourself.

Splits Stretch

Flexibility, Beginner Friendly

All-levels, beginner friendly class. A lower-body flexibility class focused on progressively building towards front and middle splits. Ideal cross-training to improve pole lines, straddles and split-based shapes while supporting safe, controlled flexibility gains.

Aerial Fit

Aerials, Beginner Friendly, Strength

Aerial Fit is a full-body strength and conditioning class using silk hammocks to help build strength, stability, flexibility, and endurance. Designed to support your aerial and pole journey, this class combines controlled movements, core activation, and functional training. Suitable for all levels no experience needed!

Intro to Pole

Pole Dance Extra, Beginner Friendly

New to pole? This is where your journey begins! Intro to Pole is designed for absolute beginners, focusing on foundational movements, spins, grips, and basic transitions in a supportive, judgment-free environment. You'll build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning the essentials of pole dance step by step. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to try something new!

Spin Pole

Pole Dance Extra

Our Spin Pole classes focus on learning how to dance on a spinning pole and create beautiful and dynamic combos. You'll be challenged in new ways and amazed at what you can achieve. A spinning pole is a setting on our poles that can make them spin in the direction of your movements from your body weight and momentum. This is different to our regular Levels classes that are on static poles that don't move.

Heels

Heels 101

Pole Dance Extra

Ever wanted towering long legs or to experience the satisfying 'clack' of pole heels as they bang together? This is the class for you - learn beginner heels skills and technique along with a choreography. Suitable for confident Level 1 and above.

Flow & Freestyle is about exploring shapes and movement pathways to help find your unique movement style. This is done through a series of guided exercises, movement games and taught sequences. Suitable for confident Level 1 and above.

Want to add more dance and flow to your pole schedule? Our Pole Flow class is the perfect way to do it! With a focus on movement, musicality, and fluidity, you'll learn to string together ground-based pole moves in a beautiful and graceful way. Attending Level 1 Pole is recommended.

Flow Technique

Pole Dance Extra, Beginner Friendly

Flow Technique is designed to help you move with greater confidence, control, and intention while developing your own unique style.
Each class includes a choreographed sequence, but the focus goes beyond simply learning the routine. You'll explore musicality, transitions, movement quality, and techniques to help you create seamless flow and connect movements naturally. Along the way, you'll gain the tools to develop your own freestyle and make your movement feel more expressive and authentic.
Pre-requisite:
A minimum of 4 Beginner Pole classes to ensure you have the foundational skills required.
What to wear:
• Knee pads (available to borrow from the studio)
• Socks or pole heels
• Comfortable pants or pole shorts, and a comfortable top suitable for movement

$tripper Spin

Pole Dance Extra

$tripper Spin is taught by $trippers with the aim of sharing the seductive style & diving into some ethics. this class is aimed at $trippers covering basics from how to walk through to energy friendly ticks you can do to look impressive but not wear yourself out. This class is open to non-$trippers too but we ask that you come with an open & respectful mind. Suitable for all levels.

With a focus on ground-based moves like Fish Flops and shoulder rolls, you'll learn how to move gracefully and fluidly on the floor. This class can also incorporate ground-based pole tricks, giving you a whole new way to work your body.

Floor 101

Pole Dance Extra

Learn floor based skills, dance transitions and base work (skills using the bottom of the pole and the floor) along with a choreography. Barefoot and heels welcome. Suitable for confident Level 1 and above.

Ever wanted to be able to touch your toes? Or just feel a bit more limber and free moving? Our delicious stretch and flow class will give you a great all over body stretch. Open to all levels.

Stretch and Protect

Flexibility, Beginner Friendly

This class will be about understanding and identifying engagement through a variety of exercises. Centring in and taking time to breathe and be in your body, be in the space. Think foam rolling, spiky ball, golf ball, all over body stretch, taking time to release through the areas we get tight in e.g. shoulders, glutes, hamstrings, quads and wrists. Strength and muscle engagement exercises using resistance bands, and targeting smaller muscle groups such as the rotator cuff, forearm tendons, ankle stability, shins, calves, rhomboids... the list goes on! Please BYO foam roller. All levels of flex welcome.

Yoga Stretch

Time to work out your booty with our Booty Dance classes! Shake your booty and exercise at the same time, what could be better?! Learn how to shake your gluteus maximus (aka, your booty) and engage and disengage the correct muscles to get your booty working. This is a fun dance class, focuses on movin', groovin' and shakin' that booty!

Training

Training Times are designed for experienced pole dancers who are looking for more time on the pole and the opportunity to work on their own skills. These sessions are exclusively available to our training time add-on pack holders and Diamond members, so you can maximize your pole practice and take your skills to the next level. These sessions don't have an instructor taking them, so you will need to be approved prior to attending.

Suitable for all levels of silks and hoop students, the aerial conditioning class will work your core, arms and legs in ways that you never imagined. We're not going to say this class is easy - quite the opposite - but it'll give you rapid results!
