Starter Pass Terms & Conditions

By purchasing an Altitude Pole Starter Pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Purchase criteria: This offer is a one-time, introductory membership designed to help new members explore our classes and select one of our regular memberships that suits them best. It can only be purchased once and is exclusively available to new members. Our memberships are Month to Month, Sapphire and Diamond.

Age Requirement: Our Starter Pass is available to adults aged 18 and over. Those aged 16 or 17 may purchase the membership with parental/guardian consent. Altitude Pole is an adult space, and our classes are designed for adults. While a few of our studios with aerials classes offer separate youth programs, these are not part of our regular memberships and may change at any time. 

Duration and Class Access: The Starter Pass grants you unlimited access to Altitude Pole classes for a period of two consecutive weeks from the date of purchase.

One-Time Fee: The Starter Pass costs a one-time fee of $99 NZD. This fee covers the two-week period of unlimited classes and cannot be renewed.

Bonus Goodies: The Starter Pass may include extra items or perks. These can change at any time. You will receive whatever is offered at the time of your purchase.

Level Restrictions: You may only attend classes that match your current skill level. For example, if you are a beginner, you are only eligible to book into beginner-level classes. It is your responsibility to ensure you are booking the correct level of classes based on your experience.

Studio-Specific Access: The Starter Pass is specific to the studio you registered with and cannot be used at other Altitude Pole locations. The membership is non-transferable between studios.

Changes and Discontinuation: Altitude Pole reserves the right to update or discontinue this membership offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of discontinuation, current memberships will be honored until the completion of the two-week period.

Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued for the Starter Pass, except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Altitude Pole. If you believe you qualify for a refund under special circumstances, please contact the studio where you purchased the membership. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Health and Safety: By purchasing the Starter Pass, you acknowledge that you are participating in physical activities at your own risk. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Altitude Pole instructors and staff. Altitude Pole is not responsible for any injuries incurred during classes.

Privacy Policy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with any third parties without your consent.

New Zealand Consumer Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, where applicable.

Age Requirement: Our Altitude One Off Trial Class Pass is available to adults aged 18 and over. Those aged 16 or 17 may purchase the Altitude One Off Trial Class Pass with parental/guardian consent. Altitude Pole is an adult space, and our classes are designed for adults. While a few of our studios with aerials classes offer separate youth programs, these are not part of our regular memberships/passes and may change at any time.

Duration and Class Access: The Altitude One Off Trial Class Pass grants you access to 1 class with us. This class must be booked and completed within 2 weeks of purchase. The Altitude One Off Trial Class Pass is non-renewable.

One-Time Fee: The Altitude One Off Trial Class Pass costs a one-time fee of $42 NZD.

Level Restrictions: You may only attend classes that match your current skill level. For example, if you are a beginner, you are only eligible to book into beginner-level classes. It is your responsibility to ensure you are booking the correct level of classes based on your experience.

Studio-Specific Access: This single classis specific to the studio you registered with and cannot be used at other Altitude Pole locations.

10 Day Duo Deal Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Altitude Pole 10 Day Duo Deal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Purchase criteria: This offer is a one time, introductory deal designed for two people who want to try Altitude classes together. It can only be purchased once per pair and is exclusively available to new members. 

Promo Period: This offer is available from Monday 24 November to midnight Sunday 7 December 2025. Membership begins on the purchase date.

Age Requirement: Our Duo Deal is available to adults aged 18 and over. Those aged 16 or 17 may purchase the membership with parental/guardian consent. Altitude Pole is an adult space, and our classes are designed for adults. While a few of our studios with aerials classes offer separate youth programs, these are not part of our regular memberships and may change at any time. 

Duration and Class Access: The Duo Deal grants you 10 consecutive days of access from the purchase date, with 8 classes shared between two people. Classes can be split in any way that suits both participants.

One-Time Fee: The total cost of the Duo Deal is $129 NZD. This is a single payment that covers both people for the full 10 day period. This deal cannot be renewed or extended.

Partner Details & Setup: After purchase, you will receive an email requesting the contact details of the person you’re sharing the membership with. Please complete this as soon as possible so we can set them up in our booking system.

Studios aim to have both members set up within 24 hours. If you wish to attend a class before setup is complete, you may still do so. Instructions will be included in your confirmation email.

Level Restrictions: Participants may only attend classes appropriate to their current skill level. For example, beginners are eligible for beginner level classes only. It is your responsibility to book classes suited to your experience.

Changes and Discontinuation: Altitude Pole may update or discontinue this deal at any time without prior notice. If the offer is discontinued, existing Duo Deals will be honoured for the full 10 day period from purchase.

Refund Policy: The Duo Deal is non refundable. Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Altitude Pole. If you believe your situation warrants review, please contact the studio you purchased from. Requests are assessed case by case.
