The stronger your glute muscles are, the more overall benefits you'll see in your physical health!
The least we can do is look after these muscles by giving them the workout they deserve! 🍑💪
So how about trying a few exercises? We've put together three simple exercises you can do where ever and whenever - no equipment needed!
- Clear a space
- Get your phone stopwatch ready
- Aim to do each of the following exercises for 1 minute each with a short rest in between, and repeat at least three times!

Building that booty can be done without exercising too - any time you take the stairs, climb a hill, bend down to pick something up, squeeze that booty! Doing so will take the pressure off your other muscles and increase the strength and support in your glutes! 🙌
