Altitude Pole & Fitness Membership policy
Here at Altitude, we work on a membership model. This is to ensure you get the most out of your investment and we really get the chance to get to know you and work with you to get the results we know you can achieve. For this we need consistency and commitment. Our membership options provide this and keep you accountable. After talking it all through with you and discussing what you want to achieve, we will get you signed up to a contract with the right membership for you. The full contract is signed online through our booking system and we are happy to discuss anything in your initial consult.
Putting your membership on hold
Your membership can be put on hold for no less than 2 weeks and no more than 4 weeks total in a calendar year, unless otherwise discussed. Any future payments will be pushed out to restart when you return. Holds must be requested in advance, in writing, and no retroactive holds will be permitted.
We will obviously discuss your personal needs on a case by case basis and work with you in any exceptional circumstances to find a solution that works. Our members are always our first concern.
Cancelling your membership
If you need to cancel your membership before the finish dates, you will be provided with one of the following options as a pay out fee:
paying a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the tuition fee prorated to the remainder of the agreement. All discounts given will not be considered in the calculation of the cancellation fee.
The membership will be recalculated at the rate of membership length undertaken thus far by the student and any difference shall be paid.
The membership can be cancelled free of charge within the first 30 days of the membership starting, or under exceptional circumstances, such as:

Any reason deemed valid as an exceptional circumstance by Altitude Pole.
