Our North Shore studio is a professional looking space with two rooms. The main room is our pole dancing room with 9 poles up to 3.7m high. This room is also equipped with fun lighting, a great sound system and mirrors to provide a great setting for a fun class to help forget you're even doing a workout.

The second room is our aerial yoga, stretch and aerial fit room. A calming space for you to stretch, relax and treat your body to some upside down time.
