More Than Just Classes.
Walking into something new can feel intimidating. We get it.
That's why we've worked hard to create a studio where everyone feels welcome, supported, and encouraged from the moment they walk through the door.
At Altitude Wigram, you'll build strength, confidence, and skills you never thought possible while having a whole lot of fun along the way.
Whether you're climbing silks for the first time, learning your first spin on pole, or discovering muscles you didn't know you had, every class is designed to challenge you, support you, and help you celebrate your progress.
Because what starts as a fitness class often becomes so much more: new skills, new confidence, and a community that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
The hardest part is walking through the door for the first time.

What to expect.
You don't need upper body strength.
You don't need flexibility.
And you definitely don't need any experience.
That's what Level 1 is for.
Every beginner class follows the same format: a guided warm-up and stretch, skills broken down step-by-step, a short flow to music, and a cool down at the end.
You'll always have options to suit your ability, and our instructors are there to support you every step of the way.
Most importantly, you'll be surrounded by people who know exactly what it feels like to be new.
Expect encouragement, laughs, the occasional "I didn't think I could do that!" moment, and a few muscles you forgot existed.

We didn't write these... but our members did.
What's on our Timetable.

Find Your Favourite Way To Move.
Whether you're looking to build strength, learn impressive skills, improve flexibility, boost your confidence, or simply try something completely different, there's a class for you at Wigram.
Our timetable includes Pole, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, Stretch, Flow and Floorwork classes, with options for complete beginners right through to experienced students.
Whether you're curious about pole, aerials, or simply looking for a fun way to get stronger, you'll find classes designed to help you build skills, confidence, and strength at your own pace.
Our aerial classes give you the chance to climb, spin, hang, and fly through the air while building incredible strength, body awareness, and confidence. Both Aerial Silks and Aerial Hoop offer beginner-friendly classes, so you can start from scratch and build your skills from day one.
If pole is more your thing, our curriculum will take you from your very first spin through to advanced tricks and combos.
Whether you fall in love with pole, aerials, or a bit of everything, you'll find supportive instructors, clear progressions, and plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself along the way.
Some people join us to get stronger.
Some come for a new challenge.
Some are looking for a hobby that's actually fun.
Most discover they're getting a little bit of all three.
A few things people usually wonder about.
Will I fit in?
Yes. The community at Altitude is actually the thing people talk about most. It tends to make even the most nervous first-timers feel at home pretty fast. It's our best flex.
What if I struggle in class?
Finding your feet with something new is just part of the process - and honestly, it's where a lot of the fun lives. Every class is full of people all figuring it out together.
Do I need to be fit or strong to start?
Nope. Level 1 is designed for people starting from scratch - no experience, no upper body strength required. That stuff comes with the classes.
Go on, give it a go 😏
You'll never know till you know...
Here's how you can give classes a go at Altitude Wigram, no strings attached.

What comes after a Starter Pass?
That would be one of our memberships.
At some point pole stops being something you're testing out and starts being something you just... do.
Classes get a permanent slot in your week. You might start scheduling the rest of your life around them (which is actually just making yourself a priority, ya know?)
That's what our memberships are for. Regular classes to keep chasing those wins.

While you're here, this is what else we get up to.

How to find us
We are just across the road from Musgroves and next door to Reliance Medical.
Parking
We have four staff parks right outside the studio, so please leave these free for our team.
There are also four dedicated Altitude Pole parks across the carpark that students are welcome to use at any time. After 5:00 pm and on weekends, neighbouring businesses kindly allow us to use their parks as well.
And if all else fails, there's usually plenty of street parking nearby, we're pretty lucky with parking at Wigram!
