What to expect.
When You Arrive
When you walk in, you'll step straight into one of our off-the-pole class rooms — this is where we run classes like Stretch, Chair, and Hand Balance. Head to the waiting area at the back of the room, grab a seat on the sofa or chairs, and make yourself comfortable. When it's time, your instructor will come and call you in.
Your Class
You'll be joining a mixed group — different ages, different backgrounds, all at the same level. Some people will be brand new just like you, others might be a few weeks or months in. Everyone remembers what it felt like to walk in for the first time, and that makes for a genuinely warm and supportive room.
How Class Runs
Every class kicks off with warm-ups, stretches, and some conditioning before moving into skill training. Your instructor is there to guide you the whole way — so if you have questions at any point, please just ask. We're here to support you, always.

Every Body Belongs on the Pole — Find Your Starting Point
Whether you're brand new or ready to level up, there's a place for you here. Our beginner Pole Level 1 classes are the perfect entry point — no experience, strength, or coordination needed. We build all of that with you. From there, our levelled classes take you right through to Level 4, progressing your skills, strength, and confidence at every stage — and yes, you will be climbing to the top of that pole.
Once you've found your feet, Spin Pole introduces you to the magic of a spinning pole, where you'll start linking moves together and feeling the flow. Speaking of which, our Flow classes are all about building routine and connecting movement into something that feels truly yours.
And when your body needs some love, our Stretch & Flex and Yoga classes are here — building flexibility, mobility, and strength to support everything you do on the pole.

Will I fit in?
Yes. The community at Altitude is actually the thing people talk about most. It tends to make even the most nervous first-timers feel at home pretty fast. It's our best flex.
What if I struggle in class?
Finding your feet with something new is just part of the process - and honestly, it's where a lot of the fun lives. Every class is full of people all figuring it out together.
Do I need to be fit or strong to start?
Nope. Level 1 is designed for people starting from scratch - no experience, no upper body strength required. That stuff comes with the classes.

That would be one of our memberships.
At some point pole stops being something you're testing out and starts being something you just... do.
Classes get a permanent slot in your week. You might start scheduling the rest of your life around them (which is actually just making yourself a priority, ya know?)

You'll find us at the end of Biggie Bagels and Little Foodie — and honestly, that's a pretty good excuse to grab a coffee, doughnut, or bagel before you come in. We highly recommend it.
