Pole dancing hens parties. Maybe a little unexpected, wildly memorable.
Sure, a wine tour is enjoyable. Making cocktails is fun. But a private pole dancing party? That's something people will be talking about well after the event is over... and probably the wedding, too. 😉
Getting a group together to do something a little daring, a little exciting - the giggling, the chaos, the "wait, what are we even doing" energy - that's a recipe for a seriously good time.
Sure, a bottomless brunch is an option... but it's missing sparkle. The type of sparkle that should come default when celebrating the person you're marrying off, tbh.
At a pole party you can have one person confidently proclaiming "I could never", and then in the midst of all the laughing... you all find out they can, actually.
A pole dancing party can bring out the inner diva in the most unexpected people, hair flicks and all.
If you're looking for a hens party where...
-
Nobody's stuck on the sidelines
-
The bride feels celebrated
-
Everyone goes home with their own wins
Then you're in the right place.

What's included in a pole dancing hens party at Altitude?
Your group gets a private pole room for the session - think disco lights, full length mirrors, and music of your choice (or ours!).
No strangers sharing the space, just you and your people.
You'll have a dedicated instructor who will run the whole thing. Beginner spins, floorwork, and a short routine you'll piece together throughout the session. No experience needed - it's all about giving it a go and having a few giggles along the way.
Sessions run for around 1.5 hours. BYO is welcome, so feel free to bring the bubbles.
The rest? That depends on which style suits your group - which is exactly what the next section is for. 👇

Got questions? Your answers may be below 👇
Do we need any experience?
None at all. Altitude hens parties are built for beginners - a big part of the fun comes from doing something new together.
How many people can come?
Group sizes vary by studio. Get in touch with your nearest Altitude and they'll let you know what works in their space.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better - hens party slots fill up fast, especially on weekends. A few weeks minimum, a few months if you can.
Can we BYO?
Yes - bring the bubbles. Just keep it to after the session rather than during, so everyone stays safe on the poles.
What should we wear?
Comfortable activewear is always a good option. Shorts are actually helpful - skin contact with the pole helps with grip. Bare feet or socks for the session, heels optional if that's the vibe you're going for.
Or you can dress up, but just keep in mind some things may be a bit harder if your clothes restrict your movement.
How does a booking work?
Fill in the enquiry form below and your selected studio will be in touch to discuss whether we fit 🤞
Are hens parties the same at every Altitude studio?
The short answer is mostly, but not exactly.
Each Altitude studio is independently owned, which means offerings, pricing, and availability can vary from location to location. The best thing to do is reach out to your nearest studio directly - they'll walk you through exactly what they offer, what special extras they may have and help you figure out what works for your group.
