Aerial Youth classes on this term.

7-10 11-15

The coolest thing on their schedule.

Give them something to brag about at school.

Watch your child discover just how much they're capable of!

Our Youth Aerial Classes are a fun, supportive space where kids and teens build strength, confidence, coordination, and resilience while learning aerial hoop, silks, and sling.

With classes capped at just 6 students, every child receives plenty of individual attention from our fully qualified, highly experienced aerial instructors—never teenage assistants. Whether they're taking their very first climb or mastering exciting new tricks, they'll be encouraged to progress at their own pace in a safe and welcoming environment.

More than just an activity, aerials help young people develop body awareness, perseverance, creativity, and confidence that extends far beyond the studio.

Level 1 (Ages 7–10)

Sundays | 4:30 pm

The perfect introduction to the world of aerials. Through games, guided climbs, and beginner-friendly sequences, students develop coordination, strength, and confidence while learning the foundations of aerial hoop, silks, and sling.

Level 1 (Ages 11–15)

Sundays | 5:30 pm

Designed for tweens and teens beginning their aerial journey. Students learn the fundamentals of hoop, silks, and sling, including safe climbing techniques, foundational skills, transitions, and their first exciting tricks, all while building confidence and having fun.

Level 2

Tuesdays & Fridays | 3:30 pm

Ready to fly a little higher? Level 2 builds on the foundations learned in Level 1, helping students refine their technique, increase strength, and develop more advanced tricks and combinations. With new challenges to work towards each week, students continue progressing in a supportive environment while having plenty of fun along the way.

Our Aerial Youth Class FAQ

Is it safe?

Safety is really important to us. Class sizes are kept small so instructors can give every student the attention they need - and our kids aerial instructors are trained specifically for teaching young people in the air. On top of that, all equipment is regularly checked and replaced when needed, and crash mats are always in place.

Safety isn't an afterthought here - it's the whole foundation

Does my child need any experience or strength to start?

Nope. Beginner classes are designed for kids starting from scratch - no prior training, no gymnastics background, no existing strength required. They'll build all of that through the classes themselves.

Most kids are surprised by how quickly they progress, kids usually beat adults in progress speed.

What should they wear?

Leggings and a comfortable fitted top are perfect. They'll want leggings rather than shorts - the fabric helps protect their skin from the apparatus. Make sure to leave jewelry at home too, including rings. It can get in the way and damage the equipment - especially the silks.
