How most people get started.
Most beginners test our classes with a Starter Pass. It gets you two weeks of as many beginner classes as you'd like!
Basically come when you can, try what you want, do more of what you like, and find out why so many people are obsessed with pole.
â
Most fit in about three to four classes - some do more, some do less. However many you decide to try, by the end of your two weeks you're going to feel really proud of what you've achieved.
â
And let's be honest - you'll probably be eyeing up a new set of goal moves.

Because why not you?
No, genuinely - why not?
If you’ve been bored out of your mind by gyms, running, or trying to “be disciplined” while you suffer through yet another meh workout… we get it.
There's a reason why we picked pole dancing, ourselves.
â
And unlike gyms, you’re not left wandering around pretending to stretch until a machine becomes free.
â
Are you ready to:
đ Feel like the bad ass version of yourself you know is in there?
đ Be the person who is proud of what your body can do!
đ Have something in your week that you look forward to?
đ Walk into a room standing a little taller, feeling a little cooler?
â
And every step of the way - we got'chu.đ

The gym and I just weren’t vibing. Pole felt like a chance to challenge myself in a fun, empowering way. I’m so glad I gave it a go.

I have grown as a person. I feel a lot more confident than I was before I started pole. I feel way more open minded to new experiences.

Still got questions?
Curious but still have questions? Maybe these answer some of yours đ
Do I need to be strong to start pole dancing?
You don't need to be strong to start pole. Everyone starts somewhere, you’ll build strength as you go.
Will there be other beginners in class with me?
Yes! Our beginner classes are full of people at the start of their journey. It might not be their very first class, but they'll still be learning foundation skills - just like you.
What if I can’t do the moves right away?
Completely normal, expected even. Most people don't nail moves in their first class. That's why we encourage attending more than one class to get a real feel.
Are the beginner classes actually beginner-friendly?
Yes - our Level 1 classes focus on foundation skills. They are designed to get you wins as fast as possible, though, so you'll start noticing a difference pretty quickly.
What if I feel like pole isn't for me?
If you've thought that - you're not alone. But there is no one type of person who does pole. It's just people showing up, giving it a go, and enjoying the journey.
What should I wear to classes?
Shorts and a t-shirt or singlet is perfect. If youâre not ready for shorts yet, leggings with shorts underneath works great too. Most people start that way.
Get your Starter Pass online & book your first class.
It's our most popular way for beginners to try classes. Get two-weeks of beginner classes for $99, most attend 3-5 classes over that time.
